When you subscribe to one of our applications, the payment is processed by Oha Tech Ltd. Our company name — not always the name of the app itself — is what your bank prints on your statement.
This is normal, and it is how most software companies bill. It means the charge is legitimate, but it can be confusing if you subscribed a while ago or expected to see a different name.
How to tell which subscription the charge belongs to
- Read the full description next to the amount. The part of the description that follows our company name usually indicates the application you subscribed to.
-
Search your email inbox. Search for the exact amount (for example
9.99) or for the date of the charge. Your purchase confirmation email names the application, the plan you chose, and how to manage or cancel it. - Check spam and promotions. Confirmation emails often land there.
If none of that works, write to info@ohatech.net and we will identify the payment for you — see I don't recognise this charge.
