Depending on where you live — the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, the CCPA/CPRA in California, and similar laws elsewhere — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data held about you.
How to make a request
Email info@ohatech.net from the email address associated with the account, and state clearly what you are asking for: access, correction, or deletion.
Include the email address of the account, and the application it relates to if you know it.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. This protects you: it stops someone else asking for your data to be handed over or erased.
Before you request deletion
- Cancel any active subscription first. Deleting data is not the same as cancelling a paid subscription — see How do I cancel my subscription?
- Deletion is permanent. Account content and history cannot be restored afterwards.
- Some records are retained where the law requires it, such as transaction records kept for accounting and tax purposes.
