This is common, especially if the subscription started with a quiz or a web sign-up rather than an app download.
Find it yourself
- Search your inbox for the exact amount of the charge, or for the date it was taken. The purchase confirmation email names the application.
- Read the full statement description. The part after our company name usually indicates the application.
- Check the App Store or Google Play subscription list (see How do I cancel my subscription?). If it is there, the store shows the app by name.
Ask us to find it
Email info@ohatech.net with the email address you may have used, the last 4 digits of the card, and the date and amount of the charge. We will identify the subscription and, if you want, cancel it in the same reply.
